Please look around and contact me for more information.
ARTIST STATEMENT AND BIO
My drawing developed when summer holidaying with grandparents in a country environment and with time to play. Good encouragement at schools started my training and regular habits that led to the study of drawing and painting and a life in art.
Above is 'Liathach, Torridon', a graphite drawing, and below Cul Mhor, and, in the distance, Suilven by Lairg, Sutherland, in coloured pencil.
THEMES OF WORK
DRAWINGS AND PAINTINGS
I seek new ways to continue the development of my work as a professional artist. Please explore this portfolio and see how my enthusiasm for the physical world inspires my artwork, in a range of media, oils, acrylics, watercolour, conte and ink.
